Here is an example of a poorly constructed basement, I mean bunker, which has waterproofing membrane improperly installed on the roof, but not the walls, no support of the surrounding soil and zero thought to roof loading.
And the hilarious part here is that the guy building it really committed to the bit. He has basement wrap on the roof, he treats the lumber for ground contact, he even insulates the walls. He either has no idea what he's doing and a huge checkbook, or this is the funniest joke I've seen all week.
